Hi, I’m Mike.

I am fortunate to have spent most of my life navigating the challenges of special operations, war, business, and adventure. Through various trials and tribulations, I have learned the importance of resilience, adaptability, continuous growth, and the overwhelming power of teams.

As a retired U.S. Navy SEAL, former Recon Marine and Scout-Sniper, serial entrepreneur, and CEO, I have been recognized as a 2023 and 2024 Global Gurus Top 30 Leadership Speaker.
